Week-End Rentals and Holiday Rates Upon Request
PAYMENT OF RESERVATION
- Method of payment accepted: Bank cheque or money order
- Deposit: 50% at time of reservation.
- Balance: Due 30 days prior to arrival. A post-dated cheque for the balance must accompany the deposit.
- Security Deposit Mandatory : $500cdn returned upon satisfactory inspection of chalet. A post-dated cheque must accompany the deposit.
- Reservations made fewer than 30 days before arrival must be paid in full by the date specified at the time of reservation.
- Reservation holders who fail to pay by the specified date or whose cheques are returned by financial institutions will have their reservation automatically canceled.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 30-day and more before beginning of rental period:
Deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to rebook the property for the dates you had reserved,
in such case the deposit will be returned less a $50 cancellation fee.
- Less that 30-day before beginning of rental period : deposit is non-refundable.
- No refund on delayed arrivals or early departures
POLICIES
For reasons of allergies and as a respect for other tenants, we cannot accept pets.
Our chalet strickly offers a Non-Smoking environment.
